Apply for a storage account online
It takes about ten minutes. Have your photo ID and a recent proof of address to hand: a clear photo on your phone is fine.
Private account
For individuals storing their own wine and spirits. Storage is invoiced annually in advance.
You'll need
- Your details and address
- What you'd like to store
- Photo ID and proof of address for each signatory (up to two)
Trade account
For merchants, brokers and other businesses. Storage is invoiced monthly in arrears.
You'll need
- Company details, VAT and AWRS numbers
- Certificate of incorporation (limited companies), VAT and AWRS certificates, and proof of address
- Photo ID and proof of address for each director
What happens next
We check your application, usually within two working days. Once approved you get your account number and a link to set up your client portal sign-in. A one-off set-up fee of £35.00 + VAT applies.
Your documents are safe
They're stored encrypted, seen only by our staff, and deleted 30 days after we decide on your application. See our privacy policy.
